Purpose of Foundation

Ajay Gupta Chief Executive Officer of Nandansons International, Inc., a fragrance distribution company he launched in 1979. Decades later, Nandansons International continues to lead in its industry.

In 2010, Ajay Gupta formed the Nandansons Charitable Foundation to give back to communities around the world. The foundation helps employees maintain a philanthropic mindset, reminding each one to give back whenever possible and be a positive influence on the world.

“We’re holding ourselves accountable,” said Mr. Gupta, “and that includes recognizing a responsibility to helping others who need it and our younger counterparts.”

The Nandansons Charitable Foundation supports over fifty charities and makes regular gifts to help improve communities. Some of the many causes it backs include:

  • American Cancer Society
  • American Red Cross
  • Children’s Hunger Fund
  • Feed the Children
  • Hindu Center Temple
  • Operation Smile
  • Salvation Army
  • The Institute of International Education
  • United Nations Children’s Fund

Organizations like those above are supported in the interests and passions of the Gupta family. Rather than supporting political causes, the family backs humanitarian efforts.
